Been away for awhile... quite a long time eh??? hehe. Sorry for the late updating! What had I been doing eh?? ? I'm also not sure myself... But the mood to blog was just not there, I guess...
My projects...
Well, I was busy altering some of the Curtains that I bought from Bundle (2nd hand shop, but the materials all from Korea/USA!!!!). It was for my youngest sister-in-law's new room... She got 10A's in SMU! My husband's real siblings are intelligent... They all had history of getting straight A's in all their exams in primary and secondary schools... Shame on me... huhu....
Actually the room was kind of a store room... but it turned out beautiful after the painting and of course the Bundle Curtains!!! hehe... The color is mixed pink and white... ;) My lil sis-in-law going to take SPM this year... so, her beloved brother, (who happened to be my husband... hehe) decided to create a very condusive environment for her to study for SPM... :)
Another thing that kept me away from the blog were... Movies!!! hehe. Well, I finished watching Korean movie, My Girl 15 episodes. Then, Japanese Movie, Densha Otaku 12 episodes... That's all....
My work....
For the past few weeks, I came across few cases for rape... The saddest story was a 2 years old girl was left in a house with a 16 years old cousin brother and when her mom came home, saw that there were bleeding from the her vagina and on her pampers... The girl was crying all along... She just couldn't sleep... Later, I found out that she got 3rd degree tear over her vagina... meaning that there's only few cm left that her vagina will extend to the anus... Astaghfirullahal'azim wa Na'uzubillah min zalik!!!
On that same day, I had to see another rape case of 16 years old girl. She was just so annoyed!!! When I asked her questions, she was smiling... then she giggles... She actually had been having sex with her boyfriend since 1 year ago!!! Will you call that RAPE???? Astaghfirullahal'azim... The reason that I had to see the case was because, her mom made a police report for her missing from home for 5 days. But suddenly!!! This ignorant child of her was telling me that she had been having sex for the past 5 nights, without her mom knowing it!!! I felt like hitting her with all the small stones that the pilgrimage used to throw over all the 3 Jamrahs....!!!
Wana 'uzubillahi min zalik!!!
The teenagers nowadays, you may be seeing them wearing tudung... but sadly... they told they already had been having sex a number of times... Ya Allah!!! Maybe one of the reason flooding in Johor caused by this??? La haula wala quwwata illa billah!!
My unforgettable experience...
Suddenly, I just remembered an incident that happened at A & E sometime last week... 42 years old, Malay, man with no known medical illness, came with typical chest pain and sweating. He was in Yellow Zone (less critical zone). When we did the ECG, showed that he had ST depression V3, V4, V5, V6. We treated him as unstable angina (someting like heart attack)... This was a case that needed to be sent to Red Zone (critical zone). He was quite stable when I asked history and examined him at Yellow Zone...
In Red Zone, while the assistant was trying to put the chest leads on him, suddenly I saw him stiff!!! I called my senior MO who was attending another 2 patient at the Red Zone. He shouted!! "PATIENT'S HAVING ARRHYTMIA!!!" The chest leads were not on the patient yet.. There was no pulse... CPR was commenced for few minutes. When the chest leads finally on the chest, the monitor showed that he was having Ventricular Fibrillation going to Ventricular Tachycardia... There was no pulse (This one I dunno how to explain, Maya, Kak Wan, help me a bit???) So, then, my senior MO used the defibrillator and said "CLEAR!!!" and shocked the patient with 360Joules. Then, patient's pulse was palpable. Patient was more alert and stable...
My senior then more relax... He taught and explained to me regarding what he was doing... While he was examining the patient, suddenly I saw the monitor... It's like the first one.. I shouted my senior MO's name and pointed to the monitor... He shouted again... "PATIENT'S GOING TO GET IT AGAIN!!!" Patient got stiffness all over the body again... Then, my senior MO used the defibrillator again and said "CLEAR" and shocked the patient with another 360Joules. Then, the patient revived back... Since he got 2 episodes of the similar event, my senior MO decided to intubate him... I was told to call Medical MO. After intubated, Alhamdulillah, nothing to worry insyaAllah....
I was trembling away the whole time I witnessing the event! It was the 1st time that I saw such case since I was never posted in Medical before. WALLAHUA'LAM... Syukur, my husband told that the patient was in ICU, stable... It was scary, but Alhamdulillah, I learned something on that day... Syukrillah....
Last but not the least....
My husband....
He had been busy thinking of so many things in his head... Sometimes, I don't have anything to say and I feel of being so helpless to him... I want to help him as much as I could, but he already been thinking about all the things so detail... So, the best that I can give to him is.... To be his listener... However no matter how bad things were going to be... He's always there for me... and never forgetting to let me know that he cares for me every single day... (syyyy... ;)) May Allah make things easy for him... La yukallifullLahu nafsan illa 'us'aha... Rabbi yassir wala tu'assir, Rabbi tammim Bilkhair Ya Kareem...
