HALAL PAVLOVA

Assalamualaikum
I planned to sell my pavlovas..
But first thing first
That is to confirm whether my Pavlova is Halal or not...
The only ingredient that I was worried was the Anchor UHT whip cream.
Thus, I searched for the information and found that the whip cream I'm using is Halal.

Firstly thank you so much for supporting our products.
For your information, ANCHOR is a product that is well distributed throughout the world (including Middle East & ASEAN countries) and there are different importing requirements from different countries. For example, Indonesia only recognised their own Halal body. In view of this, we had to take the decision to use the generic logo for the 250ml whipping cream as we are sharing the same packaging with Indonesia.

However, please be rest assured that all our products and brands including the 250ml Anchor UHT Whipping Cream are Halal certified by New Zealand Islamic Meat Management (NZIMM) and it is a Halal Body that is endorsed by JAKIM.

At Fonterra, we take Halal matters very seriously and we have our own Internal Halal Committee with a Standard Halal Policy to ensure that the Company and its employees adheres and comply to the Halal regulations set forth by JAKIM.

MORE BAKING ACTIVITIES

The blueberry cheese tarts just baked. Yummy but still not tasty as Najah's Bakery! Huhu. Got the recipe from her blog.. http://raiyanz.blogspot.com/2009/08/cheese-tart.html?m=1. Many years passed before I can actually do it!

Pavlova the 3rd, the whip cream did not turn out well. A bit soft so everything fell from it while cutting it. But the person we invited today for lunch ate 3 slices despite of the failed whip cream. With strawberries, peaches and kiwi, I guess the taste of the pavlova was still good..

Hmm, should I start a business of pavlova? What should be the price eh?
